Just an ordinary day

I woke up this morning wondering what this day would bring me good. As I am an optimistic and positive person, I was hoping for the best. It was sunny, not raining, so it was already a good day.
I got out from my cozy big-double bed and I went to the bathroom thinking that it’s a shame to sleep alone in such a beautiful bed. Or not… It’s all mine! No men, no cat, no dog, no lizard, just me!
I’ve started to look in the mirror and to make some faces so I can figure it out if I have (new) wrinkles or not. After 30 seconds of doing this, I’ve realized that I’m not alone. Someone else was there also. Before screaming,   I’ve remembered that I have a ”roommate” (actually more a flat-mate because we are sharing the apartment, not the bedroom). Yes, he was there half naked, preparing to take a shower. Lucky me that he was missing his T-short, not his pants. Than I was stroke again: I live with a guy, gorgeous, funny and gay. Why? What did I do wrong to have such a male in my apartment and not to be able to do a thing with him?! And I definitely wasn’t thinking at talking! I would love to share my bed with him…
We managed to use the bathroom together and I was capable to live the house just in time to have few minutes to buy a coffee from the corner. When I went into the coffee shop, my eyes were blind by another specimen from the other humanoid race that shares the Earth with us. He was at a table (at that hour?!), reading a newspaper. He observed that I was staring at him and made eye contact. Beautiful eyes! When I almost thought that I would get his phone number, or at least he would ask for mine, a woman was sitting at his table. Where did she come from?
Ok, not a very good day. Hopefully, it won’t be fill with frustrating encounters with beautiful masculine specimens. As in the metro didn’t happen anything like this, I was still hopping for something better.
I’ve got into the office just in time to hear that we have a new colleague. When I saw him, I’ve suddenly realized that my day won’t be better. Of course he was handsome. I admit, not as handsome as the guy from the coffee shop, but I could use him for a while. So, I made a plan and started to chase him around the office so he can take a good look at me. Finally, we’ve got together in the small kitchen, where I was smiling in a way that said that I had never seen a man in my entire life. I was sure of my future and imminent success. When I went out from the kitchen, I ran into our secretary who told me with a touch of regret in her voice that it is too bad that our new colleague is going to marry our boss’s daughter. Nice! I think that I can say goodbye to my promotion.
So, this day is really awful. But it’s almost time to go home… My day will be soon over.
Nothing else happened to work, or on my way back home. I will praise all the Gods that I can find on Google for this. But, apparently the day was yet not over!
When I got home, I opened my laptop to do some research. OK, I admit, my real intention was to stay away from my roommate. I could not afford to see his gorgeous look again that day. Not after all that happened. I looked on my Facebook account also and I found an invitation from my ex-boyfriend from college. Before accepting it, I checked his photos and he was still a stud. And he asked for my friendship on Facebook! This might be my chance to end well a bad day. I accepted his request thinking that he might be interested in me, so I went to his profile. Of course my day didn’t turn suddenly well. Quite opposite! He was married with my ex-roommate from college.
Yes, it’s time for me to go to sleep and pray that tomorrow it won’t be the same. It can’t be possible that all good looking men on the Earth to be in a relation! Let’s think positive…
